Ok at lunch time there were two threads talking about spurrier sightings in town today and even someone joking about him having a lunch meeting at ruffinos, i thought it was all just gossip but then as quickly as i read it both threads were deleted, makes me now think there was some truth, any body got any input?

If everything that was not true were deleted would not be much to read, so why were these deleted but all the other crap still on?

Nick Saban is 56. Is that too old? Seriously, a coach like Spurrier can coach effectively for at least 10 more years. I would take that in a heartbeat.

b.s. I've heard that he's absolutely not interested in the job. This has been known as recent as this week.

NOt sure why its a great hire. I find the very big lack of interest into his tenure and especially this year at South Carolina disturbing. It makes me think are just going for a name.

It is just not the losses he had. But if I recall he had problems with schools where the score is a tad deceptive

Even ULL gave him fits to some degree
