Coach Miles just issued a press release thru Herb Vincent stating that the conversation with UM last week was just to help them with ideas on their coaching search like anyother alum who is asked. He said specifically that he 'will be the coach at LSU next season". Done deal.

Unfortunately, no one will let this go until UM gets off their asses and hires a new coach.

UM can drag their butts all they want. Coach Miles just gave as definitive answer as possible: "I will be the coach at LSU next year". Let it go.

I work at a newspaper and LSU just sent that same e-mail to our sports guy...So I can confirm that what he said is true.
