On Boise State:
Texas co-DC Jeff Choate is probably top candidate
Missouri OC Kirby Moore-probably a little early for him
Chargers OC Kellen Moore-belief is that Moore won’t go back to Boise until he believes his NFL time is done
Bryan Harsin- maybe
On Texas A&M:
Mike Elko is obvious name, slight concerns about recruiting. Don’t underestimate Duke putting up a fight if it comes to that
Jeff Traylor- would be a hard sell
Lane Kiffin- Ole Miss won’t get into a resource war to keep him. AD Keith Carter will quickly move on. Texas A&M unlikely to put up with Kiffin antics
Mike Norvell- some chatter, but Texas A&M wouldn’t do it for optics. FSU doesn’t really have the money to hold off Texas A&M if they did pursue.
Dan Lanning- Very high buyout. Don’t believe Lanning is leaving for anywhere besides Alabama.
Urban Meyer- it’s insane, but not 0%. Wasn’t on known Meyer mouthpiece Pete Thamel’s initial list
Dan Campbell-
considered the moonshot candidate, Texas A&M alum
Jerrod Johnson- Texans QB coach, will get an interview, former Texas A&M QB
Deion Sanders- not happening

I get why you would go after Urban but with their antics and the schedule he would have to endure each year that would be lots of stress on him.

They’d be so dumb to go the defensive head coach route again. 20+ years of success hiring offensive minded head coaches and the first time they deviate from the formula they fall from grace like a rock.

I’m just saying, I think Kiffin would laugh at them if they wanted to interview him.
