Did keeping Les last season hamstring is this year? It surely gave Jimbo more leverage. Herman became less of an option with Strong failing as well. Aleva was castrated last year by Jindal and King. Now his hands are tied. I'm not a fan of Aleva, but we really should have seen this coming as the season wore on at UT.

Jimbo wasn't coming last year (source: his brother).
If we'd fired Les last year, we would have ended up with O. Because that's what Alleva's plan was from the moment O was put on staff.
