So only 3/20 new college HCs were currently college HCs?

Looking at the list, only 3 of the 20 college HC openings were filled by a current HC leaving for another gig.
I feel like that is, historically, a very low percentage.
Even taking out the hires of former HCs like Miles and Brown, we are still going to see a lot of new HCs this year. I like it.

I see 6, and that doesn’t include Locksley, Miles, Brown, Andersen, or Freeze.
