I hope there's more than one NC win or appearance in 12 years if it's a home run hire. I don't even want to think how old I'm going to be in 12 years.

Depends on how long Saban stays at Bama. He is our only competition in winning sec titles imo.

If my hopeful expectations are met over a span of 10 years, it will mean that the coach during that time will be encouraged to stay longer. That being said, over those 10 years I would expect to see:
-win the west 5 times
-win the SEC 3 times
-win 2 Natties
-have those results be on an even or positive trend over that time period
-win the west 5 times

The question was "minimum expectations", I don't consider swinging for the fence to be synonymous with minimum expectations.
