So, did we ink a deal with Aranda and now we are waiting a week?

I am shocked to see Riley going to USC today. Is it because we decided to pull the trigger on Aranda? Could it be Riley was considering an offer from us at the same time LSU had a "1A" offer to Aranda and Aranda made LSU believe he wanted it more? Riley doesn't have any regular season left but Aranda does. If that's the case, perhaps we are just waiting a week.
I'm just speculating but I'd be very happy with Aranda. We know his defenses are successful in the SEC.

If this hire isn’t an NFL coach or Aranda then Woodward has failed. I don’t believe he can pull any other college coach worth poaching at this point. What a fricking let down.
