I haven't really followed the coaching carousels of seasons past, so I was just curious about people's opinions of how small job openings affect the big jobs, if at all.

For example... does Wyoming have any chance of making anything out of this:

I'm more inclined to think he's just spewing shite for the fans, but it would be interesting to see who these schools manage to pull up, assuming they don't just promote from within.
