I didn't say it wasn't good enough. Not at all

I do think, suggesting we hire a coach based on beating that division rival, is a bit short sighted especially when that rival is now a 3-5 team. It would seem you're the one who lacks understanding of a bigger picture.

I was replying to a GA fan that said he can't wait till LSU gets prison raped by Bama. That's a GA fan so be it. You really want to take his side?

This what he said:

I can't wait till Alabama prison gang rapes LSU so I can be spared the cringeworthy experience of seeing such a proud program clamor for its 10 win d line coach because he is an LSU fan and jerks off Cajuns

Aka coach o is terrible hire even to other teams within the SEC. They would even feel bad for us making such a foolish decision based off 3 games.

He was not insulting the LSU team or players. He was insulting the portion of our fanbase who thinks its a good idea to hire o at this point. Something i happen to agree with.

I have not seen a single poster or spoken to a single person who has even remotely suggested that we should sign a contract with O prior to the end of the season. You're arguing against a false negative, as if that justifies hiring someone other than O. By eroding the pro-O sentiment, you're trying to frame them/us as "delusional," which seems to be your buzzword. To date, O's team, the exact same team that offensively struggled under Les, has set three consecutive, all-time offensive records (records that were not beaten by other coaches against equally lesser opponents in past years). But that ain't good enough for you—you'd rather we jettison O for Jimbo and/or Herman (legit arguments can be made against either of them, based on their current teams' performances).

Don't misunderstand me, if we hire some one other than O, I'll support them through and through. As of today, I simply think that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Nothing's seemed "broke," yet, so I'm all-in on O until that happens.
