For example: chavis has 20+ years of experience in coaching defense..
Crowton actually had 20+ years of coaching experience as well...
I understand wanting to give someone a "shot" ala peveto and mallory, but cmon...

personally, i think bg is the backup plan if all else falls through. no matter what, it has to be better than gc!
