I haven't heard his name mentioned anywhere, but I feel like he is a guy to keep an eye on.
He's turned around North Texas in his second year and ive heard him in interviews and he's a young, fiery coach that will get your attention.
Maybe he's not ready for a large P5 school yet, but i could see him at a Central Florida type.

I hope he sticks around another year, but with all the movement already I could see him moving this year. I just hope it doesn't put as back to square 1...

I know the CUSA is terrible but he is getting north Texas rolling. They are a “sleeping giant” of a G-5 school. I could see him just building up until the right job comes calling. Much like Houston, he doesn’t need to leave the city to build a good team

That's a fact. DFW, Texoma and North East Texas has second-third tier talent that doesn't always catch the eye of P5 schools.

I think he would be perfect for Texas Tech if they decided to fire Kliff but that looks less likely for now.
The University of North Texas exudes mediocrity as a whole but he's done a decent job there and I hope he stays for at least one more year. He'll be a hot commodity for a P5 schools next year if he keeps it up

I haven't seen his name being tossed around either. Did a search and saw this before I started a thread. I'm seeing the same things you are. Guy has turned North Texas from 1-7 to 7-1 in conference. That's pretty good considering the talent pool he's in and the competition he has there.
