Seems weird that we are getting the.... "inside" details

Does it seem weird that we know every little detail about offers and counter-offers? I like knowing how things are going, but it seems to be getting strange that we "supposedly" know this much about the negotiations. I know some people are just making up stuff as well. I would hate to be working on a deal to go work for someone (for millions) and have some message board knowing all the details before I get home to discuss it with my wife. You have to question how somethings are leaking out, but more so WHY are they leaking out. I would think people involved would make sure NOTHING gets out. Flame away if you choose but stop for a min and think about this. Would you want your deal displayed all over before you even sign it?

Any monkey could put 2 and 2 together and come up with "We have made Jimbo a very strong offer and it's very possible he will be the next head football coach at LSU!" It's not like there wasn't a dry run a year ago.

Exactly. This is implying we know what's actually going on behind the scenes, when we've mostly gotten info that anyone could make, along with vague opinions.

Here's what you need to know. Journalists in Florida are reporting that FSU is reworking some contractual stuff with fisher. There is no panic from the FSU side at all. They are very confident jimbo is staying. That's telling. It's clear at this point that lsu made jimbo an offer. He hasn't said yes, and he is working on a new deal with fsu. In my opinion,this isn't trending in lsu's direction.

I agree. But how on earth can people make up all this crap. Better, WHY would people make up all this crap like they getting inside source info. I can tell you that in all of my business deals, my kids or neighbors didn't find out until they were supposed to find out. Not in the middle of the negotiations.
