The guy was red hot but after 3 bad interviews it appears no one wants to put up with his demands.

It is actually a win for us. Imagine having to recruit against him and reminding guys that this guy isn't and doesn't plan to stick around MSU, or why else would he be doing so many interview?

That doesn’t seem to be working for him so far. He just got one and his buyout is an anchor. If no one else actually offers him a job, what incentive do they have to pay him more.
He really needs to think about his agent’s status. They didn’t do him any favors letting that buyout slide at his current salary.

His buyout was nothing to Texas.
After his interview, they moved on in a hurry as did Oregon.

When you show up to interviews with MSU apparel on you're either dumb as hell or trying to get a raise with no intention to leave. Since he's not getting raises I'm going with he's just dumb as hell and not impressing anyone in the interview room.

Our insiders said he didn’t even prepare for our interview. Like didn’t even study up on Oregon’s personnel. He wasn’t interested in the Oregon job.

This is what I heard. It was an awful interview. He was not offered the job.

Prolly showed up wearing State attire. I would NEVER hire anyone wearing State attire for anything.
