went on to say he may of had misgivings due to the rebuilding that would be required--basically another way of saying he was wrong w/o saying it. he considered the offer and declined

Does not need to…No one in the media is concerned about telling the truth and their bosses do not care about it either. There job is to take information, link it together, tell the story they want (regardless of truth) and generate advertising dollars…
