the new contract gives Miles leverage to pull off 2 or 3 more Malleveto level hires in the next few years
Can you tell us again? I think this is the first time you've mentioned this. Please repeat it over and over and over again until everyone understands your opinion.

Max has a slightly inflated perception of his football knowledge.

Chavis is a non-issue and shouldn't be mentioned on the coaching changes board

Everyone is falling all over themselves about Cam Cameron, but they seem to forget that at his last HC gig in Miami, he not only had the worst record in the league, it was the worst record in Dolphins history.
Yeah, I know, the NFL is different, but it shows that good coordinators can sometimes also be lousy head coaches.

Greg Williams anyone?
Nick Saban was supposed to be a savior in Miami.
Bobby Pitrino left the Flacons pretty much during the season for Arkansas for christ's sake.
Some coaches just do better in college and or coordinating

This...
Don't exclude the fact that he was a good OC. If the guy comes here and does great he is staying put. Thats a plus. I doubt he will want to get back into another HC position and teams might not be lined up to get him.
Are there other people we should seriously consider?? Yes. But if this is who miles decides on I'm behind it.

Exactly -- which is why this whole wait till you get another job thing is a character flaw and nit character
