I don't think kiffin leaves. Sarkisian is a "consultant" at Bama with ties to coach O. Not sure if he's a "pro-style" guy that O wants.

My brother in law which is a USC fan says O doesn't really care for Sark and considers him an "alcoholic frat boy."
