I don’t know if we scored a single safety this year, we need a coach to ensure we get more

This.

Just find the best fricking recruiter we can and call him some random title

Hopefully Raymond and a new DC can handle the safeties.

Raymond to coach all the Dbs. Depending on the new DCs specialty we could get a full time LB coach.

Wasn't part of the logic in hiring Busch that Raymond wanted a dedicated safety coach? I feel like I remember that being part of the reasoning.

Aranda was the one who wanted Busch and the safeties coach position

When he flirted with A&M that was part of the package we game him to stay

Busch has been pinned for other jobs it wouldn't shock me to see him leave this year to make room for someone else maybe a LB coach. DL retires, Busch leaves for another job. Depending on what the DC is you can hire an assistant to fill the gap. Raymond has coached the entire secondary before so it shouldn't be an issue.

Remember when we had really good safeties every year?.
Some guy named Corey Raymond coached and recruited all DB’s.
Safety play went down we hired our 1st safety coach.

That's right, thanks for reminding me. I have the utmost confidence in Raymond running the secondary, especially if it frees up room for us to actually have a real LB coach lol
