They lie and they cannot admit the real reason they left their jobs.

Urban lied about leaving Florida for health reasons. He left b/c he knew Florida would not be good for several years and got out before his legacy would be tarnished. If Florida would have had 2 SEC championship seasons in his last 2 years with great prospects on the horizon, do you think he would still be coaching there?

Saban lied about wanting to leave Miami b/c he missed the college game. He left b/c he knew he wasn't turning Miami around and was worried that his reputation as a winning coach would be tarnished. If Miami makes the playoffs in his second season, do you really think he would have bolted for Bama?

Summary, they are 2 pussies who can't handle the pressure when things don't go the way they want them to.

This ability you have to see into other people's hearts and minds is amazing.

But I agree that Urban knew what he was doing. Health could be a factor, as sitting out two years and then taking a Big 10 job is significantly less stressful than rebuilding in the SEC. But maybe he intended to quit and couldn't pass up his dream job, OSU.

I do not think that is true. People change their minds all the time. It does not make them a liar.

For example, a guy is playing college baseball, and he quits after the season because he thinks it is too much for him to handle. Now, flashforward to the next spring and he is sitting in the stands watching games and realizes he made a mistake and he misses baseball, even though it is a huge committment. If he goes out for the team again, that makes him a liar? No, of course not. He was just wrong about how he felt.

So, if Saban has the Dolphins in the AFC championship in his second year, he still leaves for Bama? I think the answer is no. I would have actually respected him if he would have said that he was leaving because he couldn't hack it in the pros and not said he was leaving b/c he missed college.

i think he just enjoyed the college game more

and if his medical staff didn't frick up horribly, he would have had great success with brees

as a saints fan, i'm very glad the dolphins doctors were idiots and didn't clear him

Something wasn't right in Florida for Meyer, you could see it in his demeanor the last year there. He was an empty suit.
