At least with Muschamp - he was tagged as a HC in waiting by Texas. That gave him a lot more upside IMO.

Del Greco just said Petrino had a 35 min telephone interview Mon night, and he isn't being considered anymore, then they insinuated there's more in the closet that isn't out yet.

Dammit AU, why'd you have to hire Kirby. There's been so much hate and animosity between the schools for the past decade and a half. It was so easy. Now, it's going to be one of those respectful rivalries. Bama fans can't hate Kirby. frick, how can you hate anyone named Kirby? Not to mention all he's done for the program.
