He probably wouldn’t take an OL job

Think it would take a lot of money to get him and it would have to be OC. He’s not leaving Napier. That’s his guy.

Because of all of that, no it would not happen. No one is going to throw the bank at him to be an OC.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Napier and Big Rob are waiting to see what happens at LSU in the next couple of years....

Would have to be OC and even then it be hard to move bc he’s locked into to either being Napier’s OC or taking over at ULL

If LSU offers Rob Sale the OC job, he’s signing the contract within seconds

Any coach who would stay at the fictional "UL" over LSU does not deserve consideration.

Sale isn’t going to be OC at LSU.

Line coach I’d be ok with.

I get this vibe too. It’s just odd that he would turn down two straight SEC offers. I get USCe, it’s a fricking shite show. But Auburn? That’s a pretty damn good job with a lot of financial backing and some talent on the roster already.

My guess is he sees what went down at LSU this past season and knows if he waits, he could land the gig if/when O is canned. He’s already got relationships with recruits in this area and I’d be shocked if he didn’t have relationships with LSU donors already. Smart move in his part.
