Ride or die. My thoughts after some time to think.

I've had 13 hours to think about it.
Herman wouldn't have given a shite about us even if he had come here. He would have been a hired gun. The jury is still out on him anyway.
Jimbo can kiss my arse. He got the call to come home and wanted a king's ransom to do so.
If we nail the OC hire, this might actually work. O inspires passion, he wants the job and looks fired up.
Also, O understands. He doesn't have a tin ear like Les.
Alleva needs to go regardless of how this turns out, though. He has shown an inability to perform the minimal functions of his position.

He used our first approach to get FSU to pay him more. He used our second to make FSU promise awesome facilities.

He lied to us and said he was going to conduct a comprehensive search. He did about 20% of a search. He needs to go through and give the details of WTF happened, from start to finish.
