I don't think he makes it to Bama. Washington will try to snag him or another team. Unless he just completely content being an OC, he will probably get an HC gig.

Rees made a career decision to stay at ND and get out from under Kelly to show his own wares.
At this point, it doesn’t really make sense for either for them to reunite.

Rees will probably be our OC. Him and Kelly have a history. He will be without a job shortly and we need an OC. Just because this board doesn’t want him, doesn’t mean Kelly won’t hire him
