HC: Jon Gruden
OC: Hugh Freeze(HR hire imo)
DC: Randy Shannon
Co-OC/QB coach: Peyton Manning

If UT and Gruden were able to pull off a staff like this they would be well off. Freeze would only be around for a few years but he could groom Peyton into a good OC/recruiter and after that Gruden could groom Manning for the HC job. The question is, is Currie the right guy to hire a great HC?

Petyon is going to be either an AD or GM. He's not taking some half arse position coach job.

Having the name "Gruden" involved at all kind of obviates any idea of realism to begin with.

This is a horrible list.

IF Gruden were hired I want a Steele-Cooter combo directly below him responsible for game planning.

Gruden shakes hands, kisses mamas/grandmas, seals up recruits without leaving his living room, and ruffles the feathers of the opposing coaches with his chuckie stare from the opposite sideline.

Freeze is done for years. He will likely have a show cause.

No way Manning takes a QB coach job at a college, even UT.

Manning doesn't need money. He'll do what he wants do for the fun and challenge of it. I don't see him taking a position like that because he'd get too frustrated with it.

Right now, he's happy working behind the scenes at UT. The gang is pretty much all together with Fulmer back and he gets to move a lot of the pieces on the chess board without any blow-back.
