Well everything except facilities, money, and history (we own the head-to-head and they've never even had a 10-win regular season since we joined the SEC, we've had 3)
Before Freeze got there and starting cheating we usually finished around the same in recruiting

1. Texas A&M
has the most money in the SEC and doesn't mind spending it. Right now they control the State of Texas
2-4 you can lump together. Florida with out an all time coach is just another 8-9 win program.

1. Florida - High pay, great recruiting possibilities, down side is if you don't put up 50 points every game youre gone
2. Tennessee - Program has history of being good, is in the East so a climb back is easier than in the west, huge stadium, recruiting can work if done right, but fans will want to lynch you if you don't perform
3. aTm - Big stadium, recruiting opportunities abound in Texas, down side: cult like atmosphere with the people in white outfits
4. Arkansas - tFlagship is not in good shape right now, and there isn't a lot going for it, although it is lower stress than the other jobs

In general I'd agree with your ranking, but since the East is such a disaster, I'd take the UT job before Texas A&M.
