Question for Coach O fans: Would you be happy with this scenario

Hire a young extremely business savvy attorney or CPA for about 350k. That leaves you with millions to hire the best OC, DC, and recruiting coordinators. We would have more money than any other program for those spots. And the business savvy head coach could simply run the day to day operations of the program.
I obviously say this in jest, but how could they be against this?
