Please hire a HC that proved he can win consistently

Over time , Like Fickell or Riley . We don’t need to take a chance on a HC that we hope can do it . Get a proven guy . Is that too much to ask …….

Wins the right way in a sustainable excellent way
It is not reasonable to think LSU will be in playoffs every year given SEC competition, but the yo yo has to go, and I do mean raising the floor to an occasional 8 win season, with mean closer to 10 and keeping Bama fans out of my Atlanta hotel end of the year.

Fickell isn’t really proven. He looks great so far, but he’s not done it in a P5 conf.
