Really like the underneath passing game. Reminiscent of Tebow to certain TE who will go unnamed.

edit: its not even the result i like here, its the play calling. theres deep balls, theres shuffle passes, theres read option, theres passes to the GD full back. Venables said Canada has no tendencies which makes him suck to game plan for. after 11 fricking years of the toss dive, that sounds awesome to me right now.

Watched the full game yesterday. Obviously they were able to generate results against a very good unit in Clemson's defense, but man oh man I thought the passing game looked severely underdeveloped. It may have just been because of the talent level of the Pitt players vs. the Clemson players but I felt like the only passing plays were deep shots because there was 1v1 coverage on the outside, shuffle passes, wheel routes, and some shittily executed out routes.

I do like how he uses jet motion to clear the middle of the box to open up the power run game. All the motion and different formations just to run similar plays seems perfect to confuse the defense while keeping it simple for the offense.
