Doug, Daboll or Pierce. I think Mayo gets another year, Stefanski is the one I’m not really sure on. Good coach who seems handcuffed to post-massage Watson but the team still plays really hard for him. The Browns have talent if they can get some receiving help

Mayo is in year one. They aren’t going to move that quickly, Kraft’s ego is too big for that. Pierce is year one as well with a very limited roster.
Dabol didn’t make the call to sign an incompetent QB and they have a limited roster. He might get another year, the GM will probably be gone.
Stefanski is a good coach. That guy can win if the Cleveland front office can get out of their own way.
Pederson is likely going to be let go. This year has been a disaster in every way. Their roster isn’t terrible either, but they’ve been a total mess across the board.

I'm pretty confident in saying Pierce and Mayo will be back next year.
