Because, in a conference like the sec defense is paramount. Look at florida...why did they lose three games? sure wasn't the offense! also look at arkansas this year, defense was horrible. that is where they really need to improve to be a real competitor...especially when mcfadden leaves

Supposedly Petrino has been told to go out and find the best coaches he can. The wallet is supposed to be opened up to get Petrino a good staff.

you could probably say that about every team in ncaa. lsu-kentucky game arkansas-bama game south carolina-arkansas game usc-stanford game.

Petrino is a grand slam for Arkansas. I hate that our division traded coach O for this guy. To suggest they should have hired a defensive minded coach when they got this guy is pretty silly.
