You do realize that hiring a head coach away from ANY established top 10 job has almost never been done by any school. Just like none of these other schools could hire any coach away from LSU.
The few times it’s been done it’s been because the coach hired was going back to where he played. Jimbo was the most recent one and the only reason he ended up going to A&M was because FSU was ready to let him go due to how the program had taken a turn for the worst
