This is too big a chance for them IMO. They want a McVay or a Shanahan. But he didn’t call plays for them, and they are great because they are great playcallers and great strategic minds. Titans didn’t show that this year. There’s a chance Lefluer could end up being a great offensive mind like them, but I think they could have done a lot better

This happens every time a coach has innovated success, the league just jumps to that. It usually ends up with a lot of shitty hires made because they were looking for a certain type of coach instead of the best coach
And again not saying this guy doesnt work out, he’s got Rodgers so it shouldn’t be terrible. But i don’t think NFL coaches are all of a sudden going to all be 35 year old dudes
