1/2 of you completely do not have any comprehension skills. Let me explain it simply, so you can understand. OU appears to be beatable, therefore there is a GOOD chance they lose a game in the next three. Thereby MISSING the playoffs, and giving LSU a BETTER shot at Lincoln thus otherwise provided, had they MAKE playoffs. It’s about TIMING. Is this better? Easier to understand?

So you think Riley's decision is going to be based on whether or not he makes it to the playoffs, or are you saying that Woodward would pull a theoretical offer to him, even if he is really wanting to come to LSU, because he's in the playoffs?

I am suggesting OU missing the playoffs solves a lot of problems. If they make it, and we wait him out, we could get screwed. He could back out (presuming they had a verbal in place), whereas, by missing it, we could get our man, salvage recruiting class, etc.
To me, it would be much better for OU to get knocked out, and it all take care of itself sooner than later.

I agree it could speed up the process but I don't agree it will increase our chances of getting him.
