My only guess is that instead of paying $6-7 million for the head coach and $1-2 million for coordinators he is going to pay Orgeron alittle over $3 million and the give the coordinators $2+ million. This should allow LSU to have the top coordinators in college football. Orgeron will focus on university duties, motivation, and recruiting. The coordinators will be given the keys basically to their side of the ball and be paid top dollar.
