Get rid of the #7 tradition. I’m ok with 18 but 7 needs to be put to bed.

I agree it is played out. I think 18 even is to a point. We need to start down playing the individual accomplishments and start pushing the team concepts a lot more.

I’d be fine with elite guys getting it when they sign—very highly touted guys, i.e. Fournette or Stingley. Just don’t force it every year.

How can you get rid of something that was created by former players. Coach did not create this. If the players want it you can't stop it.
