OC or QB coach

What we need to have is someone who can develop our QB's. If that same person (like a Fisher) is also capable of being the OC, that is great. If not, get an X and O's guy and a QB coach.

Can't have both with only one position open. If Gonzales becomes coordinator then you can hire a good QB guy. If the hire for OC is made from the outside, he has to coach QB's and be the OC. Miles what have to get rid of someone else to make two hires and then shuffle his staff around depending on who else he let go.
