LSU is ALWAYS talented enough to compete with the best. They just have a mediocre culture and always hire guys who don't know X's and O's as well as the high school coaches they recruit from.

I think Kelly has his preferred list; I don't know if he gets #1 for either OC or DC. But the #2 and #3 guys should be just as good.
We needed this when we decided to move on from Miles.
