yeah I'd been wondering who came up with that, per the ESPN Pac 10 blog, it was Neuheisel. why the hell did he do that when both guys made their reputations off passing offenses?

Chow is overated. He would get exposed in the SEc and he knows it. He has had many opportunities to come down here and match wits with the best defensive schools in the country and he has clearly always been too chickenshit to try his hand in the SEC.

It was Rick Neuhiesuls offense he was trying to run not his. Plus they were down to a 3rd string QB at one time.
