People usually dodge the intellectual debate the asked for because they have no rebuttal for the statement and questions asked to them. Please respond to my previous inquiry.

I got the same results when I said JJ should start over JL.

Usually when someone starts bringing up intellect you would think to at least hit the fricking spell check once. This post has "moron" written all over it.

Fail. Spurrier got Ellis in January, after bowl season. Mack Brown got Muschamp after the Bowl Season. Crowton was hired in January. I'm also pretty sure that LSU hired Bo Pelini in January.

How about this one... All of the insiders, chicken, belowpar, sonny, and numerous others on tsd have said there will definately be changes.
How about this quote from Les Miles, via Guilbeau...
quote:

Asked if he feels any pressure from any outside sources to change his defensive staff, Miles said, “No, none at all. None at all.”

Yeah, because he is gonna flat out say, "You know, this god damn administration is really breaking my balls to hire a new DC. In fact, I came to my office this morning and our defensive playbook was hanging from my office ceiling by a noose. I put two and two together and figured I better hire a new DC."

Would that satisfy you?

well can you decide where he's telling truth and where he's doing coach-speak? Look at the progress that has been made so far on hiring a real DC, remember how we got Malveto last year, and keep sipping on that koolaid.

How do you know what "progress" has been made regarding the coaching search? Are you 100% sure Les hasn't contacted anyone? Are you saying the guys on here, including THE TOP COCK of the walk himself, assuring everyone changes are going to be made are full of shite too?

I will yuse ure ideotik speling abillety so yu kin unnerstan beter. ther is know yuse dibaiting with an ideot.

That being said, my take (opinion only) is that he likely has a deal in place with the replacement (who also likely is in a commitment to coach a bowl game currently) and will make the change AFTER the bowl season ends.

If you are wrong will you promise to NEVER post on here again? Man up: put your arse where your negative mouth is (since the shite you spew looks like shite, smells like shite...) LINK

I am not saying anybody is FOS. What I am saying is that I clearly remember last year, and all the "book-it" speculation here on Pelini's DC replacement, and all the while silence from Miles, until he finally got around to slipping the news out that we had Malveto as our DC. I am just not convinced that this year will be much different. And progress, you ask? Progress to me would be LSU announcing now a specific name of a specific DC, hired to coach at LSU post-season, after the bowls are over, or whatever. Until I hear that, I am going to assume when Miles speaks of evaluations and "adjustments" that what he means is moving coaching deck chairs around and not bringing in a new face. But go ahead, form your own conclusions.

How does this quote equate to not hiring a new defensive coordinator?

That is not the case at all. If Les Miles does not make the change LSU will make the change next season and fire Miles.

Miles does not want to fire Peveto, Mallory, and Lane. The coaching staff is tight knit group, a close family. They all care for each other. Miles told them to look for other jobs to avoid being fired.

They were so much like a family that things didnt get accomplished.

However, that may be great and all, but a 7-5 season at LSU in this day and age will not cut it.
