Gruden is the second coming of John Madden. He is done being a full time coach. I think that he is content with his QB camp

Raheem Morris destroyed that franchise. They were still a playoff-caliber team when Gruden was fired. And then the team imploded because the Glazers were too cheap to pay him and went with a bargain-basement coach instead.
