We are paying a DLine coach 3.5 mil and yet you think we will give him the same or less? And he’d be stupid to stay at Minnesota if offered the job here. Waaaayyyyy more opportunity.

Aranda as HC with Freeze as OC and whoever they want as DC would be fricking deadly.

The opportunity difference between the 2 schools is ridiculous. What couldn't we get him exactly? With $5m?

Hire Woodward as AD and do whatever it takes to get Patterson as HC. Alleva and Orgeron can rot.

Dave Aranda will be the next HC at LSU. And it would be awesome! A great speaker and very calculated. Would be a great ambassador

But he doesn’t talk like us!

Another 9-10 win season at USCe, and I would go after Boom Muschamp.

You keep saying this stuff about Fleck. How you know this? You talk to him?

Winner right here. Pair him and that offense with Aranda and LSU will kick arse and take names. QBs will line up to play for him in the SEC.

He needs to go public on whatever shite he has lurking in the closet so ADs won’t be scared of the unknown with him anymore. Whatever it is wasn’t bad enough to make Memphis flinch. They doubled down and extended him. That program, which has always favored hoops over pigskin until very recently, wouldn’t commit to that money in football without having a good idea they wouldn’t get burned.

Matt Campbell. Next great coach

He’s another one who is on the rise. Was very impressed with ISU watching the Liberty Bowl. They could make some real noise in the Big 12 next year.

I think the reason Aranda is still here is to become the head coach. His salary right now in comparison to the head coach indicates he's regarded as something more than a coordinator.

My top realistic picks would be
Leach
Kiffin

But really it’ll probably be Aranda. LSU likes to just promote from within anyway. Coaching searches simply aren’t done.

There are some people around this program who understand that he’s the ONLY thing holding back a precipitous fall into the abyss. I don’t think for one fricking second that it’s Alleva, but someone up there knows.
