Unfortunately I agree. The way the administration handled this last year is what caused the cluster Frick. O shouldn't have been in position to make it a tough decision between him or outside candidates. I like O and this wasn't his fault he inherited a turd, he did a good job making improvements but this job is too high of a caliber for him.
