When have the Ravens ever had a good offense? I think it's more Billick than Neuheisel.

I beleive this was his first year in that position. I remember Billick took over play calling for the offense last year, just before the Saints game. He might have been able to do a lot more had Billick actually let him run the offense.

he was the QB coach, then after last year Jim Fassel was fired and they gave the title to him but Billick was calling the plays.
