NCAA should enforce a no tampering policy.

There should be no communication with coaches until after the BCS championship game. Push back the recruiting period/signing day accordingly so new coaches can be in place and have some time to recruit. Perhaps this would prevent these scenarios where the teams play their conference championship games/bowl games with this cloud over their heads or without their head coach at all.

Imagine if we had a 8 or 16 playoff system, and coaches were leaving after the second round. Bottom line, is that the student athletes worked too hard to have the rug pulled from under them at the end of the season.
