He shouldn’t be hyping that he is using the Alabama process. Just say you have a way of doing things and let the results speak for themselves

I think it’s more so the respect he has for Saban and the staff he worked with.

But where does expressing admiration for Saban get you, better yet, what does it prove?

Dr. Thunder is 85% equal to Dr. Pepper. Is that what we are striving for? Dr. Thunder? We just had to get rid of New Coke

and shook things up at ULL.

It's ULL, dude.

In the same conference as App St., Coastal, Ark. St., and Troy.

* Coastal Carolina didn't even have a football program until 2003. They didn't join the Sun Belt until 2016, and they have already won the conference championship. And had the coach of the year and player of the year.

* App. St. didn't join the Sun Belt until 2014. They have since won 4 conference championships, and a coach of the year. And have had coaches jump to the SEC and ACC.

* Ark. St. has had coaches named Freeze, Malzhan, Harsin. 2 of them went to the SEC, and are now out.

*Troy beat LSU. Have a coach in the Big 12.

ULL has produced none of the above in the 20 years they have been in the Sun Belt. So there was tons of room for improvement. And yet Napier still hasn't even won the conference yet, in his 4th year.

Billy may have improved ULL, but he hasn't even risen to the level of newcomers App St. or Coastal yet.

I mean that's cool and all but what day do they tell the truth?
