I'm on the fence. I would be a little surprised if he left. I don think Michigan will give him significantly more money, he would have to uproot his family, and the coordinators seem to think they are coming back with chavis turning down Texas. If he goes, they will say fans ran him out of town. He will feel less pressure at michigan. Lsu is a better job now. I am unsure if anyone else would be better immediately at lsu and it would be tough to imagine anyone else going 62-17. With that said I do not agree with alot of his development of talent. He does bring media attention, bad or not

I will feel fine if he stays or if he leaves; LSU is LSU. Les has nothing more to prove here. Les should have his coins in order. It is just a question of does Les want to coach at his alma mater which he loves; I can understand that.

Pros
He can flat out recruit
Seems genuine and to be a "Nice guy"
Runs his team like a college team not an NFL farm team
Represents LSU with class
Cares about his players.....to a personal degree

Cons
You need valume to watch the games because you may have a heart attach. (This can be good or bad)
Horrible interview ....not good at public speaking
At times...the team seems to be confused

Bottom line is its often not pretty but he gets the W's and thats all that matters
