I think its great. One problem with this past staff was they were like a big family so much to the point that nothing got done.
You need people who dont see eye to eye on everything.
Karl Dunbar and Bo Pelini were at odds on defensive scheme. They got along great outside of football but not so much on the field.
Everyones main goal is to win. Thats all that matters

People hung up on the disparity in salary needs to understand that CoachO is getting paid for his versatility in what he provides our program.
He is worth every red cent and props needs to be given to Miles for knocking this one out the park.

Really? I have worked in the corporate world for more years than I care to admit to, and it is not at all unusual for a subordinate to be making more than their boss, most often a young high flyer being put over more experienced career staffer...I have been on both ends of that particular scenario.
I would rather have a pack of alpha wolves than a bunch of freaking pansies. This is major college football, not a quilting bee....

Good point. I'm an alpha male but have no problem acting in a subordinate capacity if thats what the job calls for so I assume O can do it as well.
