He is exactly what they need. A steady hand who can help change the culture and ease all the backlash they're currently receiving. The next hire for them is about more than wins and losses. He will recruit well there too

Live in Waco, work at Baylor. Many excited about Miles b/c he has had success, runs a clean program, and will bring instant positive press.
