Seriously, he doesn't run either the offense or the defense. He's not in charge of personnel. He just seems to have hot ham face and write in his notebook on the sidelines.
He was a DC for most of his coaching career so I would imagine that's where he spends most of his time. After putting up with some other shite shows as Falcon coaches I'm content with Mike Smith for now. Like others have said he's brought some stability to a franchise that has never really had any before.

Incorrect. Ryan gets the market rate for his performance and abilities. He is a top 10 QB in the league by any standard, and considerably higher by most.
