that this not over by a long shot..and many still believe Miles will met with UM on Monday as planned...

a contract extension has been agreed to by both parties and is being sent to the BOS for final approval...

Alone, the press conference might not have been enough to convince me Les is staying, but Jordy's report and the story posted on the LSU site along with it are more than enough.

Yep. Herb Vincent would not say he agreed to an extension if it was false. The approval is a formality.

Can a give you some advice. Turn off the sound to ESPN.
Turn out the lights, and bring in the "Fat Lady"...IT IS VERY MUCH OVER, and I believe in the press conference after the game will confirm Miles is stayindg and a new contract has already been outlined and put in place, solely to be signed next week, and with BOS approval, of which will be a formality.

bertman should be been playing the role of hype man paceing back in forth behind miles yelling

Im actually thinking the same thing. He just said "I am the LSU coach, I will be the LSU coach, I am not interested in talking to anyone ELSE."
Already talked to michigan.
I think the chances of him staying are 70-30 at this point. Better chance he stays but im not holding my breath

It's not over until his name is signed. At no point did Miles say that he would be here next year. I've heard this doubletalk before and have grown cynical. I don't believe him.
