He pushed hard to trade for Sam Darnold. He wanted Darnold, now he will get fired because of it.

You guys have been saying this for 7+ years. Bowden didn't retire until he was 80. Joe Paterno coached until he was 85 and it took a scandal to retire him.
Saban is a little dude in pretty good health. Smaller people live longer. He's coaching until he's at least 80.

Saban will coach until he's physically no longer able to do so.
